Session Recap #410 - 21/09/2026

🇬🇧 It was an all-English session tonight!

🌟 With Nuno Gomes as our charismatic host, the meeting unfolded with rhythm, laughter, and plenty of learning moments.

🎬 Mariana Lemos Vieira impressed us with insights on out to exit on TOP, while Tiago Borralho reminded us that trust is built one interaction at a time — two speeches that showed both courage and authenticity on stage.

🧠 Constructive evaluations were delivered by Rodrigo Capoulas, PMP, CSM, CLP, Nuno Dias, PMP, and Alexandra Sorokina. Roberto Freitas wrapped up the session with actionable takeaways for everyone in the general evaluation.

🧩 The Table Topics, led by Ana Teresa Pereira kept everyone on their toes — blending quick wit with genuine reflection.

🪄 The Word of the Day — “#Catalyze” — added colour and depth to the meeting, a small reminder of how powerful vocabulary can be.

💐 Huge appreciation for our technical team: Catarina Creissac de Campos, Andre Santos, Maida Lima, and our steadfast Sergeant-at-Arms Edgar Ramos Varela and our videoman Paulo Oliveira.

🚀 Each role played a part in another memorable evening of Toastmasters growth and camaraderie!
